GOAGAIN Ride is a 45-minute rhythmic indoor cycling experience built on intention, not impulse.
Beginners and people on a lower output day should do a base class, signature is the class you see the most and our bread & butter and advanced would be for the ones who want to elevate their ride prowess.
Every ride is structured around the reps. We lock into rhythm, climb with control, build sustained endurance, push speed when it matters, and hold tension when it burns.
Each segment is purposeful. Each effort is earned.
This is more than cardio. It's a physical challenge, mental training, soul lifting moments and euphoric peaks on a bike.

Every 55 -minute session is structured around mastering
foundational movements and building them over time. The goal is simple lift with intention, create tension, recover, and return stronger.
